kdemultimedia-3.1.94 doesn't build

This is your error.  The rest is the result of not finding this header file.

To build KDE, you *must* have the required version of aRts installed with the same prefix
as you will install KDE.

In this case, this would be: "arts-1.1.94"

If you have installed it, then look for the specific header file above.
