Opening images with qiv in Konqueror

Hi,
I'd like to be able to click on an image within Konqueror, and have qiv
open it, along with the other images in the directory (in order to be
able to navigate through them).
I set "qiv "`pwd`"/* %F" as the preferred app to open images, but then
qiv just opens the first one. How can I achieve that?
