Problems With FTP Server

I'm trying to get the KDE 3.1.1 (binaries for RedHat 9) files from the 
3.1.1 directory on ftp.kde.org but all the files read 3.1.3.

I'm trying to downgrade from 3.1.2 because system performance has 
completely bottomed out as compared to 3.1.1 and I'd like to retrieve 
some semblence of performance out of my desktop box (I have a PII 
300MHz w/MMX and 128MB of RAM).

If anyone knows of a mirror that still has 3.1.1 I'd be most 
appreciative.
