aliases in the run command

Hi, is it possible to setup aliases that will work in KDE's run command.
My aliases from /etc/profile are "source"'d in ~/.bash_profile and
therefore works in konsole, but is there a way to have these aliases
applied for commands run with "run"(Alt+F2)?
