khelpcenter + language

Hi list,

In kcontrol I have configured to use the language "english US" but the country 
to be "Austria".
The funny thing is, if I start khelpcenter, I see the left contents treeview 
in english, but the manuals on the right side in german ... ???
Also the window title is in german.

What can I do to see the english documentation ?
