CD-ROM in File-Dialog Speedbar, How?

Sorry, I don't think that that will work.

The reference: "floppy:/a" isn't a URL, it is a kio-slave that does MTools. 
  Unfortunately, MTools doesn't support CD-ROMs.  I don't think that there 
is a kio-slave for UMount which does.

You could put the icon on your toolbar (Kicker).
