Annoying "Location:" tooltip in Konqueror.

I think that this qualifies as a bug. But I don't know if it is
Konqueror or FVWM.
So, I would suggest that you try putting some more useful stuff
on the left side of that tool bar (I have Back and Forward and
some others) and see if that cures the problem. And, also try
Kwin with your current setup.
Also, it appears that you don't have: "Clear Location Bar" on the
left end of the: "Location Bar". Will adding that fix the problem?
If you have the same problem with Kwin, then report it as a KDE bug.
