cant compile bindings - unable to find csant d/l from url supplied at end of ./configure

the supplied at the end of ./configure :

http://msdn.microsoft.com/downloads/default.asp?:url=/download/topic.asp?URL=MSDN-FILES/028/000/123/topic.xml

seems it loops back to a menu of choices and a search box. putting csant in 
the search box gives the same menu of choices. would actually appreciate 
getting this file.

anyone knowing the whereabouts elsewhere kindly tell me.
