Bug in konqueror?

Hi,

See using konqueror (java enabled) this page (related with the Overlib 
JavaScrip library)

http://www.bosrup.com/web/overlib/

On the top of the page the popup menu displays where it should display, but as 
we go across the page the small windows open up of the page and even 
sometimes we can't see the popup window.

This not happens on mozilla 1.3 and IE explorer. My question is: is it an 
OverLib bug or a konqueror bug?.

I'm new in sending kde-bugs reports. Any idea?
