Folders in Kmail 1.5.1 - all new folders are assigned to Top Level

I got the rpms from

ftp://ftp.uni-kl.de/pub/linux/kde/stable/3.1.1/SuSE/ix86/8.0/

for my SuSE 8.0 distro.
