Virtual desktop configuration KDE-3.1.1

I have upgraded from KDE 3.0.3 to KDE 3.1.1, using the SuSE 8.0 rpm set and 
can no longer configure  the Virtual Desktops.  When I try to do this, I get 
the error message 'libkcm_konq.la" not found in paths.  The file is not 
present on my system.

I have not installed every single package.  

In which SuSE 8.0 rpm package is this file located?
