Folders in Kmail 1.5.1 - all new folders are assigned to Top Level

In my installation of KDE 3.0.5 with the coresponding Kmail, it was possible
to freely create subfolders and to change the position of a subfolder in the
folder tree by using right clicking and modifing the entry 'Belongs to' in
the 'Properties' window.

I have upgraded to Kmail 1.5.1 and now I cannot move folders, nor create
subfolders in either exiting branches of the frolder tree, nor in new
branches.

Can anyone help?

TIA

Basil Fowler
