konqueror downloads a page if I click on a link

Please check the list archives before you post a question, this one has been 
answered multiple times.

The answer is to change the startup command of whatever program your using (in 
this case konqueror) to include a %U or %u at the end of its command.  The 
effect of this is that the app will be passed a url (or list of url's if you 
use %U) to open, instead of konqueror downloading the file first, then 
displaying it from the cache.
