konqueror downloads a page if I click on a link

Hi

If I click on a link (for example here: http://www.kde.org) konqueror 
downloads the site and it will be displayed like a local site (like 
file:/home/hal/.kde3/share/apps/kfmexec/tmp/23448.0.show_bug.cgi).

Where can I change this ?
