Oh good. 

One of the great things about communities like this is that the user is not 
far from the admins/developers/etc (in a communications sense), so you can 
pitch ideas, ask questions and find out exactly whats happening.

Of course, it needs understanding users (people who accept the problem instead 
of bitching and whining).
