keduca error

I wonder if any one could help.

I'm trying to compile keduca 0.4.0 on Red hat 7.3 with Kde 3.01. I
configured the make file using kdevelop 2.1. Kdevelop tells me that the
configure was successful. But when I try to compile it it comes up with the
following errors:
