How to change fontsize in the Help system ?

Erp, not for me. I have Home, Back, Forward and Print, that's all.
The KHelp main config panel has some search options and paths but
nothing to do with fonts. This is for 3.1 but it's always been like
this for me so this time (after upgrade) I thought I'd ask here.
