How to add an icon to a control center module?

Hello,

I have designed an iconf for KSambaPlugin 
(http://ksambakdeplugin.sourceforge.net/),
but I don't know how to make the control center use it. 
Currently there is no icon for the ControlCenter module, 
so it just shows an question-mark icon.

What do I need to do to make the ControlCenter use the new icon for this app?

This probably belongs on a developer list but I'm not on any, and I figure 
someone here knows.
