KPersonalizer

Hi,

When I log into KDE 3.0.4 as anyone other than root, the KPersonalizer wizard 
comes up every time I log in. The previously chosen settings are stored, so 
if I press 'Skip wizard' the 'Quit and Keep', I'll get the settings I chose 
originally, but it's a bit of a pain.

Is there an easy way of preventing it from coming up? Also, when I add a new 
user, how can I make it come up just the first time they log in and not 
subsequent times?
