Copying menus to other users

I have a system running Suse 8.0 and KDE 3 with 3 userson one PC.  I want to 
copy my menu settings (program lists, etc) from my profile into the other 
users.  (Would save a ton of time).  Where is it?  Also, the taskbar 
settings?
