Youre right, finally most is based on commandline tools,

 because this is a mouse-clicking-destop- aka the kde -list ;-)
all I ask is how I get my mouse-clicking-destop back to work. 
Not only that I like this way to do things, it also can (in this special  case 
it does no longer) improve efficiency to solve my everyday problems. 

So again what I am asking is just how to reenact what was removed from 
kdeadmin-tree by rh-8?
I saw a changelog telling kpackage is removed till it has rpm-4.1 enabled 
(whatever the changes in 4.1 are)
