Importing Mozilla email folders and addresses

AFAIK Mozilla uses simple mbox folders to store the messages. So you can 
simply copy all folder files from Mozilla's mail directory (~/nsmail ?) 
to ~/Mail. KMail will automatically import any folders in ~/Mail.
