Importing Mozilla email folders and addresses

Is there a way to import Mozilla email and do so in one batch, keeping the 
Mozilla folder structure, and not just one folder at a time?

Also, when I tried importing the address book (LDIF) it said it did it; but 
the addresses didn't appear in my KMail address book.
