Controlling windows from a shell script...

Good day,

I would like to achieve the following from a shell script:

- move a window with a certain sub string in the window title bar to 
the current desktop.
- bring a window with a certain sub string in the window title bar to 
the front (raise it/make it active).

Is this possible somehow?

I have looked at DCOP, but I can't seem to find DCOP functions to do 
those things.
