These are being started by Evolution, which is essentially a Gnome app. 
Evolution needs these to work properly.

You've changed your gtk+ theme, or some misbehaving app has. There is no easy 
way to fix this from KDE, but easy from Gnome. Use the Gnome Control Center 
(assuming you have gnome installed) to change back to the theme you were 
using before. Otherwise, edit your ~/.gtkrc file by hand.
