Klipper should be easy.  Just right click and choose Quit.  A widget 
should pop up and ask if you want to start it ....  Just click no.

Or, if that doesn't work, it should be in the global autostart:

$KDEDIR/share/autostart/

Just remove the: "klipper.desktop" file.
