kdeinit kio processes not dieing

Hello all,

I'm running RC2 on RedHat 8.

I'm finding that none of my kdeinit: kio_* processes are dieing.  After 
browsing the web with konqueror for a few minutes, I see my CPU is maxed 
out.. looking at top reveals about 50 kdeinit: kio_http processes.

Even if I kill konqueror they stick around.

I can kill them.. and my CPU returns to normal.

Why are these not going away by themselves?
