configuring the konqueror profile or the .directory files

Hello everybody

I'm looking for documentations regarding the format of the konqueror
profiles and the .directory files.

As I haven't received many answers, does it mean it's a development
question ? Do you know if this kind of doc exists ?

        Try Settings-->Save View Profile "File Management" after making your 
        adjustments.
