Then create a sample and have a look at .kde/share/apps/kabc/distlists. 
You should easily be able to figure out what the entries have to look 
like.
Hint: The weird ids are the unique ids (UID) of the entries in the 
address book (which is stored in .kde/share/apps/kabc/std.vcf).
