How to add/enable other languages ?!

Hi everyone,

I've recently installed RH 7.3 with KDE3. During the install I
selected English as my default language and selected a few of the
Arabic languages as additional options. After the install was
complete, i tried to enable Arabic in KDE from
Preferences->Personalization->Country&Language but the only selection
that comes up is English !

How do I go about enabling other languages besides English (specifically
Arabic) ?
