konqueror not showing flash...

hi/2 all..

I've just upgraded from 3.0 to 3.0.1, my own compilation, no errors on any 
packages i've compiled (all of them, base, arts, network, etc).
but it seems like konqueror is unable to play flash sites anymore:(

anyone else has this? and yes i added the plugins in nestcape plugins in the 
konqueror options.
