KDE 3 right click menus ...

Hello all,

Recently, I 've installed KDE 3 (which came with my SuSE 8.0 Pro 
distro). What caught my attention is that when I right click on a file 
and select "Open with ..." then the menu which appears contains a lot of 
double entries. For example for  an mp3 file I get the following menu :

Open with ... -->    Noatun
				Noatun
				Kaboodle
				Kaboodle
			        xmms
				xmms - mp3 and wav player

Similar menus appear for other types of files too.
Is this a bug or I have misconfigured something?
