Monitor

Hi 

I have KDE3 installed on Mandrake 8.2, and was wondering about the monitor 
settings for when it turns itself off after no usuage for 'x' amount of time.  
Where is the settings so that I can make it so that it does not turn itself 
off, but just keep with the screen saver on.
