aRTs was a good idea that has gone awry. I think we need a different
approach for a sound server in KDE.

Well...my SB Live! Audigy (a PCI card) uses IRQ 12, while the 2 IDE
controllers on my mainboard use IRQ's 14 and 15, so I don't think that's
it...oh well, chalk it up as a quirk of arts then, unless I can find anyone
else who's ever had this problem =P
