Pb with KDE

[COLLINEAU Franck FTRD/DMI/TAM]

Greetings,

1 - I've just installed KDE2.2 under mandrake 8.2.
I have a problem with K menu.
There is no virtual desktop, no task list buttons and no lock button.

How can i get them ?

2 - I would like to install kde3.0.1.
Should i do rpm -i or rpm -U ?
