No user-level docs on this. This should have been in the lidt archives
though.
It should go to the FAQ item about using different browsers.
Perhaps you can mail the Doc author a short explaination how you got it
to work.
Actually, if the menu entry for your browser was created by the browsers
install routine, the browser authors should have use the %u in their
.desktop entry.
The .desktop files are standard on KDE and GNOME.
If you didn't create the menu entry manually, it is either the packagers
fault or the programs authors'.
Any, the way to fix it should be in KMail's docs, it would be cool if you
could send a description to the doc author :)
