Invalid entry (missing '=')

Has anyone else had this error when creating a new project in KDE-3.0.2 / 
KDevelop-2.1.2:

Invalid entry (missing '=') at ~/.kde/share/config/kdeglobals:27

I guess the line should read:

[Global Keys]
Popup = Launch Menu[$d]
