No human written software is bugfree, but Qt is very close to it.

The company I am workign for uses Qt for mission critical software in the 
aviation sector and we never have crashes due to a Qt bug.
And this true for 4 different platforms, mutilthreaded servers and single 
threaded GUI apps.

Sometimes a backtrace tells you that the crash happens inside a Qt method 
but the origin is almost always in your own code.

I am using Qt since Qt1 and I never had a crash inside Qt that was not a 
result of a bug in my code.
