'khotkeys' to assign sequence of keystrokes in a terminal window

Hi;

Anyone know how I can use the latest khotkeys in a terminal window for 
assigning several keystrokes to one key? For instance I want to assign the 
function one "F1" key so that it types the word "login" in a terminal window.
Sorry but I have not seen any documents on how to do it.
