usb cdr drive

Dylan,

What do you do with the device ID? I have a Nikon 990, that I think
ought to work as a mass storage USB device, but it never gets claimed. I
think this is because the deivce ID is not registered anywhere.

    Keep an eye on the console messages when you hotplug the device. That's how I
