kmail: sending/receiving messages in HTML

This raises another question. 
Occasionally, I have come across web pages that 
are displayed as raw HTML. I've always assumed this is because 
the webserver at the other end is not setting them to the correct 
content type.
Is there any way to force konqueror to render them as HTML?
