Konqueror Error

i saw that error many times while trying to open a URL from teh left sidebar 
of konqi. (opening the same url from the "bookmarks" menu wors fine)
it happened on RH7.3 running kde 3.0.0-10 - 3.0.3 .
i switched to debian a few days ago, and those problems are gone ;)

could it be something buggy in the RH releases of kde ?
