Configuring Web-URL?

Update: I was able to find klipper in FVWMs pager, which I rarely use.
Some of the modifications worked, however Web-URL isn't recognizing the
browser names. It still pops up on konqueror, even though it's
properly listed in the advanced section.
Enough of the preference changes worked so that it's no longer in the
way, but still usable when I need it.
