Konqueror's Cache

Has anyone else noticed that Konqueror does not clear the cache when "Clear 
Cache" is used under KDE 3.0 -- or is this just me? And if it is just me, 
how do I fix it? Manually deleting 10 MB worth stuff on a 
directory-by-directory basis is just not a very productive use of time...

And gosh, having everything sorted in alpabetical subdirectories *seems* 
great, but why not dump it all into one directory? Is this configurable?
