Klauncher

Hi there

I have installed KDE3 and things were great and then I installed Code
weavers wine, and then uninstalled it, when I was uninstalling the
package it said that it was updating the KDE3 menus and now I get the
error 

"Could not start process. Unable to create io-slave

Klauncher said Unknow protocol "file""

How do I correct this?
