What is SPA?

If it's SMTP Authenticated then KMail 1.4 (KDE 3) already supports this.

If it's not then I doubt we will support it anytime soon (especially if 
it's a proprietary protocol). But please feel free to file this as a 
wishlist item via bugs.kde.org. Make sure that you include some links 
to more information (e.g. the specs) about SPA.
