QT and Postgres plugin ??

Hello, 
i have a Problem:
i downloaded KDE3.0 and now im writing a small application for it.
But i need a sql plugin for postgres for my application and with qt3.0.3
only the mysql driver was included i didn't want to download qt3.0.3
tarball (14mb was to big) where could i get only the sql plugin for
postgres ??
