This is my config (qt-copy 3.0.3 from kde cvs )

./configure -debug -shared -qt-gif -thread -sm -system-zlib -system-libpng 
-system-libjpeg -qt-sql-mysql -qt-sql-pgsql -qt-sql-odbc -xft 
-I/usr/include/mysql -I/usr/include/pgsql -L/usr/lib/mysql -L/usr/lib/pgsql

jpeg wallpaper don't work
