Konsole problem

Hi! I have this problem with Konsole, whenever its running Kicker freezes. And upon exit, 
an error message pops up saying "KDEInit could not launch 'konsole-noxft'" This only 
happened when I upgraded to KDE 3.0 from 2.2.2! Thanks in advance!
