Upgrade to 3.0

But you dont need to uninstall everything on the console, just do it with 
kackage for all packages but *not* >>kdebase, kdelibs, kedeadmin arts and 
qt<<, remove these few packages after shutdown of kde and then do one 
"rpm -Uvh *.rpm" in the dir with all needed rpms.
